As you well know, In Mr. Phillips' World famous BFL book he encourages everyone to take a "free week" after your 12 week BFL Challenge. Remember. . . .This is YOUR vacation. Feel free to do what YOU want to do! Do a HIIT cardio on the beach or. ..maybe. . .  sun your buns while relaxing with a massage & sipping a tropical libation from a coconut while waiting for dinner aboard aluxury liner?
